Purpose-driven disability support with heart.
At Saircare, we believe care should feel like connection. Our mission is to provide high-quality, heart-led support that empowers people with disabilities to live purposeful and fulfilling lives.
Because support should be more than a service.
It should feel like heart, connection, and care that goes the extra mile.

Our Story
Saircare was founded by Sarah Harris, who saw a gap in the disability sector and knew support could be done differently.
After more than a decade working in health – including remote experience in an Aboriginal community — Sarah realised what families valued most wasn’t paperwork, but people. Not just “services,” but connection.
From those beginnings, Saircare grew into a team of passionate support workers, all sharing the same belief: that every person deserves to feel safe, supported, and encouraged to live life to the fullest.
The Heart Behind Saircare
When families talk about Saircare, they rarely mention the list of services first. What they remember is the way we show up: with compassion, consistency, and heart.
We walk beside children, teens, and adults through every milestone — whether that’s sailing on a Tuesday morning, stepping into a work placement, joining friends at UBX gym, or finding confidence in a sensory-friendly space.
Because to us, support isn’t just about ticking boxes. It’s about creating real experiences that build confidence, independence, and joy.

What Families Can Expect
Every member of our team is trained and qualified – with Seizure Management Training, Manual Handling Training, Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR – so families can feel confident their loved ones are safe and supported.
But it’s not just our qualifications that set us apart. It’s our approach. We prioritise consistency, communication, and connection. We take the time to listen, to understand, and to tailor support around each participant’s goals.
Most importantly, we bring energy and heart into everything we do – creating safe, vibrant spaces where people can connect with the community and thrive.
